Individual Breathwork

- is one of the bodywork-based forms of therapy, where through consciously guided breathing it is possible to work on personal matters, inner tensions, or psychological challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

A one to one breathwork session begins with a conversation, followed by the practical part of the breathwork. The structure of the session depends on the client’s needs and topics and can vary.

The duration of the session is between 2.5 and 3.5 hours, depending on the client’s initial request, topic and pace.

During breathwork, deep physical and mental relaxation takes place. The practice helps release physical tension and toxins accumulated in the body and creates a deeper connection with one’s inner self.

Many people describe it as a holistic experience that unites body, mind, and spirit – offering both practical and spiritual support on the path of personal development.

The sessions are facilitated by breathwork practitioner and counselor Belliisi Seenemaa. Sessions take place in Tallinn (Niine 9)
